THE VILLA
Villa Sierra overlooks a lake and conservation area and whilst furnished to an executive standard, is designed for comfort. The villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps 10 people comfortably.
With no rear neighbours, the south west facing pool deck has a large 30' by 15' pool and spa with sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine or simply enjoy a relaxing swim after a long day in the parks. A covered dining area is the perfect location to enjoy breakfast or dine al fresco under the stars with a glass of something special.
The villa is ideally located. It is approximately a 5 minute drive to the nearest Highway (I4) which will take you straight to Disney, Universal Studios etc. The villa is approximately 20 minutes from Disney Parks and 2 miles from Championsgate where there are several championship golf courses with 2 Greg Norman designed courses, a David Leadbetter Golfing Academy and an up-market shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket, shops and several restaurants including American, French, Italian and Mexican cuisine. It is a few minutes from a showpiece Omni hotel with its 5 restaurants. Reunion resort with its Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson designed signature golf courses is less than 5 minutes away. Posner Park shopping mall with JC Penney, Ross and many more stores as well as restaurants and an Imax theatre is approximately 3 miles south on Highway 27. It is approximately 45 minutes to the east coast to visit Cocoa Beach or Daytona and about 90 minutes to the west coast for the turquoise waters of Clearwater Beach & St Petes Beach.
